Since established in 2002, Nantong Jiaye Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been focusing on the design, production and sales of hot-rolled metallurgical tools, mainly products including heat-resistant and wear-resistant parts such as piercing plugs, guides shoes, mandrel bar of different specifications and materials.

The company has large processing equipments such as forging machine, medium frequency furnace, three-phase electroslag remelting furnace, well type resistance furnace, Bogie-hearth furnace and CNC machine. Quality controlled from raw materials to the factory, fabricating and finished products process so that product quality is guaranteed well. In 2004 we passed the certification of ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification, and won honorary of “The high-tech enterprise", “The Nantong well-known trademark".

Our seamless tube & pipes piercing plugs made of 40CrNiMo, H13, 3Cr2W8V, 20CrNi4, molybdenum-based and full molybdenum. The specifications range from Φ38mm--Φ800mm with annual production capacity of 10,000 tons which can meet the different materialsproduction needs ofworldwide clients of steel pipes.
